I had the privilege of staying at the Thenmala Eco Friendly Hormuz Nest, and it was an unforgettable experience! Nestled in the heart of nature, this eco-friendly abode is a true gem. The moment we arrived, we were struck by the serene surroundings and the warm hospitality of the staff. The rooms were cozy, clean, and tastefully decorated, blending seamlessly into the natural environment. The highlight of our stay was the opportunity to connect with nature. We felt rejuvenated and refreshed, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the forest.

The place have a great positive vibe its a noteworthy place for a weekend getaway from all the stress and be with the nature. The property is on the banks of Achankovil river we can take dip in it and be rejuvenated.The climate was great. Be it family or friends everyone can enjoy the place there is dedicated pool area and a play area for kids the rooms are near and hygienic food is good the staffs are courteous have ample parking space

I would like to offer some suggestions for the management to enhance the guest experience. While the location, food, and ambiance are excellent, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. Firstly, the bathrooms could benefit from being equipped with water heaters for added comfort. Additionally, there are no water heaters in the rooms for making tea or coffee, and no welcome drinks are provided, which could be a nice touch for guests upon arrival. While the snacks and dinners are decent, the food tends to be quite spicy, which may not be suitable for children or guests who prefer milder, traditional Kerala dishes. A more varied and balanced menu might appeal to a wider audience. Another area for improvement is the reception, which is often unstaffed, making it difficult for guests to reach out for assistance. It would be helpful if there were more accessible ways to contact staff or if there was someone available at the reception at all times. These enhancements could significantly improve the overall guest experience and ensure greater satisfaction.

An avarage resort I think it is not fully work completed Rooms are clean and neat When we book the resort they tell that pool is available, but when we reached pool is not clean and bad smell,they tell that they will clean after some time , but they didn't clean it . It's a bad experience for us . Buffet is limited options, only appam idiyappam , mutta kari , kadala kari Fully an avarage resort type experience for us .
